shows a lack of attention to detail . A spell check or at last a cursory attempt at one be done. If the person is this bad and careless before hiring – imagine after
- You hold in your hands the resume of a really outstanding candidate. The person has not been evaluated nor interviewed in any manner. A person who can be referred to as a “legend in their own mind”. Talk about potential problems of bravado later in. A real call that that this is not a wise candidate to get involved with. Most likely as well will take any comments as a direct attack on their person and image. A waste of time for the interview process. Put this one in pile “g” ( g is for garbage). Not another wise idea of a candidate.

Sort of like someone who never worked a day in their life starting a job agency telling other people how great they are- that they “never have made a mistake” , throw out credentials of one government course – as an example of how trained they are. One slip of admission of a mistake is “the end of it all”. The end of it all would even to consider hiring this poor employment candidate.
